I'm 19 years old and have been completely captivated with the art of makeup — not just for the creativity, but for the confidence I see in everyone who leaves my chair, along with how makeup can empower and enhance. How far in advance should I book?

I'd recommend booking as soon as you have your date confirmed, especially for bridal and prom bookings as peak dates fill up quickly. For other occasions, 2–4 weeks notice is ideal, but I'll always do my best to accommodate last-minute requests.

Where are you based and do you travel?

I'm home-based in Wrexham (LL12) and proudly serve clients across North Wales and Cheshire, including Chester, Mold, Llangollen, and Oswestry. Travel may be included depending on distance — just ask when you enquire.

Do I need a trial for my wedding makeup?

Yes — all bridal bookings include a trial so we can perfect your look together. This is your chance to try colours, textures, and finishes so there are no surprises on the day. I also use this time to understand your vision, dress, and colour theme.

How long does a makeup appointment take?

A soft glam typically takes around 45–60 minutes, full glam around 60–75 minutes. Bridal makeup takes longer as it includes skin prep and extra detail — usually 75–90 minutes. I never rush; you'll always have my full attention.

Do I need to do anything to prepare my skin?

For the best results, arrive with clean, moisturised skin and no foundation. Avoid trying new skincare products in the days leading up to your appointment. For bridal clients, I'll share a full skincare prep guide during your consultation.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, especially for bridal and peak-date appointments. The remaining balance is due on the day. Full details will be shared when you enquire.

Can you do makeup for a group?

Absolutely! I love doing group bookings — whether it's a bridal party, a girls' night out, or a prom group. Just let me know the number of people and the event details when you enquire so I can plan timing accordingly.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Life happens! I ask for at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Deposits are non-refundable but can usually be transferred to a new date where possible. Full cancellation terms will be shared at the time of booking.
